一、岗位职责
1.分析产品需求，对业务模块进行架构设计和开发。
2.遵守团队编码规范，编写高质量、结构清晰、易读、易维护的代码。
3.分析并解决软件开发过程中的问题，参与技术难题攻关。
4.进行数据库的设计，接口的设计和主要代码的实现。
5.负责线上系统的维护和管理，保障系统的稳定性。
6.参与新技术的调研及引进及微服务项目系统架构改进。
二、任职要求
1.教育/专业背景:本科以上学历，计算机相关专业;
2.工作经验要求：具备3年-5年同岗位从业经验。
3.精通JAVA/Go语言，掌握并发编程，理解网络通信、多线程等基础框架。
4.熟悉Spring Boot、Mybatis等JAVA常用框架。
5.熟练掌握Spring Cloud相关组件开发，有高并发/微服务实战经验。
6.熟悉Redis缓存、MQ、日志系统等开源中间件的工作机制和使用方法，熟悉MySQL、Redis、ElasticSearch、ClickHouse，并具备定的数据结构设计能力和经验。
7.熟练使用AWS、阿里云或腾讯云的相关组件及服务，具备实际应用经验者。
8.具备需求分析和系统设计能力，以及较强的逻辑分析和独立解决问题的能力。
9.对AI辅助编程(如GitHub Copilot、Cursor、Trea等)有一定了解，能熟练使用提升研发效率。
