一、公司简介
兴国潋矿业有限公司成立于2005年1月31日，注册资本5000万元。下设综合办公室、财务部、供销部、生产技术部、安环部、人力资源部、选矿厂、矿山工区等部门。公司拥有内王坑钼矿采矿权和张家地钼矿探矿权，均位于兴国县南坑乡。
2020年6月，经过资源勘查，内王坑钼矿储量有了重大突破。根据矿床规模、矿体及围岩特点，*终经过专家评审认定:内王坑钼矿资源开发适合露天开采，同时生产规模扩大到300万吨/年。
目前内王坑钼矿300万吨/年采选技改工程项目已委托长沙冶金有色设计研究院设计，已完成了可行性研究和初步设计。项目前期工作正在有序开展，根据项目进度计划，项目计划于2025年年内完成建设及试生产。
兴国潋江矿业紧紧抓住建设革命老区机遇，在这片热土上，将内王坑钼矿建成资源节约型、技术创新型、环境友好型、效益规模型的现代化绿色矿山，争做钼矿行业的排头兵，为兴国县经济高质量发展做出贡献。
