任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，电子、信息、通信等相关专业，需具备：在芯片生产部门，做过5年以上管理工作
2、熟悉项目管理、熟悉精益生产、IE、6Sigma等相关知识
3、具有良好的沟通能力及思维能力；
4、熟悉质量与成本相关的检验规范；
5、具有良好的工作意识，有较强的分析、解决问题能力。
