成都芯仕成微电子有限公司成立于2019年，是成都市高新区“四派人才”企业，是电子薄膜与集成器件全国重点实验室科技成果转化基地，是一家致力于单晶薄膜材料及定制化新一代射频滤波器芯片的研发、生产及销售及制作为一体的高新技术企业。
公司建设有3,000平方米高等级超净车间，主要做晶圆材料。一年可生产50,000片4-8英寸晶圆，公司以单晶薄膜复合晶圆技术为核心，开发了压电复合晶圆PCW（Piezoelectric composite wafer）、光学复合晶圆OCW（Optical composite wafer）、半导体复合晶圆SCW(Semiconductcomposite wafer)等产品，具有完全自主知识产权，产品平整度好、粗糙度低、一致性高、附着力强，可用于制作射频滤波器件、电光调制器件、功率半导体器件等，具有广泛的发展前景和显著的应用优势，能够带来巨大经济效益和社会效益。
至今已累计共54项专利，其中包括PCT4项、中国专利发明51项。专利主要涵盖新型压电材料、高品质亚微米级单晶薄膜、多物理层仿真与电磁兼容设计、新型薄膜转移集成技术等新材料、新结构、新工艺三大方面，通过不断创新高速发展成长。
