一、岗位职责
1、组织和开展原材料晶圆的IQC检验，检测晶圆厚度偏差、表面平整度，表面颗粒、划痕、脏污及边缘崩缺等关键指标，按照相应的质量标准进行批次放行判定；
2、监控晶圆产线（如清洗、键合、CMP等）的工艺Flow和SOP执行情况，通过SPC工具跟踪关键结果参数的波动趋势，预防批量性异常；
3、组织和开展FT检测，如晶圆表面缺陷，轮廓等，按照相应的质量标准进行判定；
4、拟制来料/过程/出货检测报告，针对不同问题，协同相关部分人员推动改善‌
5、管理生产异常的分析和改善，跟踪相关措施实施效果；
6、组织制定晶圆检测SOP/SIP，不断优化质量标准，指导操作员开展相关检测工作；
二、任职资格
1、材料科学、微电子、机械工程或相关专业大专及以上学历，2年以上半导体晶圆/光学晶体行业质检经验；
2、熟练操作晶圆检测设备（如轮廓仪、缺陷检测仪、应力仪等），掌握晶圆外观缺陷的判定标准；
3、熟悉SPC/FMEA工具，能通过数据统计识别工艺异常波动；
4、了解ISO 9001体系和AQL抽样/检测要求，具有晶圆供应商质量管理经验者优先；
5、适应洁净室环境工作模式，能接受加班。
