2）对停机超过相关规定时间的设备进行开机检查和确认，确保设备正常启动
3）按照规范对设备进行停机保养，并做好标示
4）生产过程中协助IPQC进行设备巡检，确保规范得到有效执行
5）整理设备操作注意事项，支撑生产开展

1）建立设备故障处理机制，确保能及时响应设备故障处理请求，满足SLA要求
2）建立设备故障预警机制，及时通报，减少生产影响
3）积极协调内外部资源组织设备故障处理
4）收集和整理设备故障案例，持续完善设备维护指南
4、设备和维修供应商的管理与沟通
1）建立设备和维修供应商名录，明确沟通途径和接口人，确保相关资源的快速响应
2）管理设备和维修供应商，保持日常沟通，维护合作关系
二、任职要求
1、大专以上学历，机械专业背景；
2、3年以上半导体、晶体材料生产工厂（超净间、生产）设备的调试、维护、管理经验，具备良好的逻辑思维分析能力和动手能力；
3、有湿法清洗，研磨、减薄、抛光、键合等设备维护管理经验优先；
4、责任心强，能吃苦耐劳，具备良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力；
