四川川投大健康产业集团有限责任公司（简称“川投大健康产业集团”）是四川省投资集团有限责任公司（简称“川投集团”）成立的全资子公司，前身为“四川川投大健康产业投资有限责任公司”，成立于2018年9月28日。通过与西昌川投大健康科技有限公司、四川川投国际网球中心开发有限责任公司、四川川投汇鑫实业有限公司重组整合，于2021年10月挂牌成立。川投大健康产业集团作为川投集团“一体两翼”产业布局中的重要“一翼”，根植“黄金海拔·四季康养”资源带，着力围绕以医疗、康养为主线，以体育、文旅为辅助和支撑的 “两轴两翼”产业框架，致力于构建产业链完备、竞争优势明显的大健康产业生态圈。截至2022年12月，川投大健康产业集团下辖全资、控股公司8家，参股公司2家。按照省国资委相关文件精神，将于2022年接收省级事业单位经营性国有资产集中统一监管企业8家。
