1、精通安全生产、职业健康、环境保护相关法律法规（如《安全生产法》《危险化学品安全管理条例》《环境保护法》等）。
2、熟悉ISO 45001（职业健康安全）、ISO 14001（环境管理）体系标准及安全生产标准化要求。
3、掌握风险辨识与评估方法（如JHA、LEC、HAZOP、LOPA等）。
4、具备隐患排查、应急处置和事故调查分析能力。
5、熟练使用办公软件及安全管理信息化系统。
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力与跨部门协作能力。
7、逻辑思维清晰，有较强的问题分析和解决能力，注重细节和执行力。
8、具备责任心和原则性，能严格执行安全管理制度，抗压能力强。
9、对现场违章现象敢于制止、敢于管理。
10、必须持有：注册安全工程师证书（化工安全方向），优先持有：安全评价师、消防工程师、安全管理人员资格证等。
任职资格：
1.学历要求：全日制本科及以上学历。
2.安全工程、化学工程与工艺、化工安全、环境工程、石油化工等相关专业。
3.5年以上石油化工或大型危化品企业安全管理工作经验，其中至少3年以上EHS体系（ISO 45001、ISO 14001）搭建与运行经验。熟悉石化装置现场安全管理、化工工艺及设备安全特性。
4.有大型国企、中外合资石化企业或大型外资化工厂工作经验者优先。
5. 英语口语优秀者优先。
