江西赣能上高发电有限公司（简称“赣能上电”）成立于2021年9月，由赣能股份、陕煤电力与中南院共同投资设立（三方股比为51%、48%、1%），注册资本金为人民币160000万元，负责江西赣能上高2×1000清洁煤电项目的建设运营。项目位于宜春市上高县芦洲乡，建设2×1000超超临界二次再热燃煤机组，同步建设烟气脱硫和脱硝装置。项目于2022年11月4日核准，总投资75.55亿元，总工期26+3个月，1号机组计划2025年8月25日投产，2号机组计划2025年11月25日投产。江西赣能上高2×1000清洁煤电项目是国家和江西“十四五”电力发展规划的重大能源项目，是赣能股份贯彻落实江投集团“大能源”战略、*自主建设的大型清洁煤电项目，对于优化全省电力能源结构、巩固全省能源安全基础，促进区域经济协调发展具有重要影响。
