岗位职责：
1、参与公司业务系统平台的研发，支持AI平台搭建，底层模块开发和接口开发；
2、独立负责模块的开发与设计，并承担相应的模块单体测试工作；
3、编写所负责模块的相关文档；
4、参与系统的调试与测试工作，完成相应的变更与BUG FIX；
5、不断提升系统稳定度，提升系统可用性、可扩展性和安全性；
6、与产品设计、开发人员紧密配合，准时、高质量地完成模块功能；
任职资格
1、计算机或其他相关专业毕业，本科以上学历；3年及以上软件开发工作经验；
2、精通Java编程语言，熟练运用SpringMVC,mybatis,SpringBoot等Java EE框架
3、熟练使用bootstrap/layui等前端框架（有Vue+element开发经验优先）；HTML、JS、CSS基础扎实者优先；
4、对业务架构与技术架构有深入的理解，熟悉设计模式以及实际应用的场景，能独立完成模板设计；
5、熟悉Mysql数据库，熟悉Tomcat，Nginx，以及svn,git等项目管理工具；
6、熟练使用至少一种AI编程工具如Claude Code/Codex/Qoder等；
7、熟悉AI框架如LangChain和RAG技术，有AI知识库搭建经验更佳；
8、具备较强的自学能力，团队精神及抗压能力，思路清晰，善于思考，能独立分析和解决问题；
9、有1个及以上0-1成熟项目经验。
