岗位职责：
1、负责设计和实现高并发系统的整体架构，包括系统架构的技术分解以及技术方案的设计，针对核心模块进行研发、重构等；
2、负责相关需求的技术分析，并制订相应的技术解决方案并实现；
3、在项目需求不断细化的过程中不断优化和完善整体的架构设计；
4、能够有效解决项目中的技术难点；
5、负责对开发团队进行技术指导及培训；
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业；
2、5-10年经验、至少5年以上Java相关开发工作经验，其中2年以上实际JAVA后端设计经验，熟悉Java设计思想以及设计模式；
3、熟悉分布式架构设计，具备丰富的高流量、高并发、高负载的系统研发及优化经验；
4、主导过SpringBoot SpringMVC SpringCloud/Netty/Websocket系统整合的架构设计，对MVC设计模式及其实现有丰富的经验；
5、熟悉Spring框架原理和结构；
6、熟悉并发式java网络编程技术；
7、熟悉SQL、Redis等数据库技术；
8、熟练掌握并应用myBatis等持久化技术；
9、熟悉Linux平台运维,Docker工具，并熟练使用maven、git、idea等工具；
10、具有较强的沟通能力和协调能力，善于思考，能独立分析解决问题。
