职责描述：
1.主导项目需求的讨论、功能设计、接口定义开发；
2.审核、评估相关解决方案与设计，确保其符合架构规划，满足业务需求；
3.准确地理解产品需求，独立设计，写出高质、高效的代码；
4.负责分配的功能模块的编码开发、单元测试、代码审核；
5.负责与其他岗位的沟通并解决问题；
6.发现问题/提出方案/解决问题，用系统工程方法保证项目的质量以及发布质量。
技能要求：
1.精通Java，熟悉JDK8；
2.精通掌握一个或多个常用开源框架原理和配置（如：Struts、Spring, Spring MVC,MyBatis/Ibatis、Hibernate、SpringBoot）；
3.熟练使用Elasticsearch、Springcloud、Dubbo、MQ、Zookeeper、Vue、Nodejs等开源框架优先；
4.精通掌握Maven, Git、Idea等工具的使用;
5.精通使用MYSQL/oracle等至少一种关系型数据库，精通数据库原理和逻辑；
6.精通MongoDB、Redis、Memcached等NoSql数据库开发；
7.熟悉深入理解HTTP/HTTPS协议、TCP/IP协议;
8.熟悉基本的linux命令，以及常用中间件部署配置(Tomcat、Nginx等);
9.熟悉消息队列ActiveMQ、RabbitMQ等。
任职要求：
1.相当于5年以上的JAVA开发经验。
2.至少带过3~4人的开发团队。
3.能独立负责系统的设计和开发。
4.有良好沟通表达能力、责任心、抗压能力。
5.有互联网金融、支付行业开发经验者优先。
6.有大型系统重构经验者优先。
7.有分布式缓存实践或分布式系统开发经验的优先。
