岗位职责：
1. 研究国内外股票、期货市场的交易算法策略，建立市场冲击成本模型的预测模型；
2. 负责股票日内交易算法 & 拆单算法的设计和开发；
3. 对设计的算法进行模拟和实盘表现的跟踪、分析、评估和改进；
4. 分析量化交易模式，开发和持续优化算法交易模块，降低市场冲击成本；
5. 完成公司安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、数学、物理、统计、金融工程等相关理工类专业；
2. 至少1年相关工作经验；
3. 较强的建模、数理统计和数据分析能力，数学功底扎实、思维严谨；
4. 扎实的编程基础，熟练掌握c++/java/python等语言；
5. 熟悉常见算法交易模型，对行情数据、市场微观结构，国内证券或期货市场交易规则有深入了解；
6.熟悉tick级数据，对高频交易有兴趣，有高频策略研究经历者优先。
