2.负责复杂模块和核心组件的代码设计、编写和优化，制定并实践A辅助开发的工程化使用方式，保障代码质量。
3.解决开发过程中遇到的复杂技术难题，结合AI工具进行多方案分析、风险评估和技术决策支持。
4.负责系统性能调优和性能监控，利用AI辅助进行性能分析、容量评估和故障复盘，保障系统高并发、高可用、高性能。5.进行团队内部技术分享和培训，推动AI编程在团队中的规范化、体系化应用，提升整体研发效能。
任职资格:
1.全日制统招本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。
2.至少3年及以上Java开发经验，具备大型项目经验。
3.精通Java/JavaEE编程基础和常用的设计模式。
4.熟练掌握Spring、Spring MVC、MyBatis等主流框架，并对底层实现有深入理解。
5.熟悉分布式系统架构和相关技术，如Dubbo、Zookeeper等。
6.深入了解常用的缓存技术，如Redis、Memcached等。
7.熟练掌握一种以上大型关系型数据库的应用开发。
8.熟悉Linux系统和常用操作指令。
9.有SCRUM开发经历，有供应链、财务项目经验经验优先。
10.熟练使用AI编程工具，能够将其融入到代码设计、重构、问题排查、文档与规范建设中。
11.具备指导团队成员高效使用AI编程工具的能力，能够沉淀AI编程*佳实践。
12.具备良好的表达和沟通能力，具备项目或技术团队管理经验者优先。
13.具备自主学习和解决问题的能力，持续关注AI技术发展，并推动其在研发体系中的落地应用。
