Westingarea was founded on January 8, 2002, and officially renamed to Westingarea Smart Supply Chain (Shanghai) Joint-stock Co., Ltd. on March 9, 2022. As an expert in B2B digital supply chain, Westingarea has always focused on technological innovation in digital procurement solutions and service innovation in B2B supply chain. Westingarea vigorously develops its core competitiveness of "Five Networks - Digital Network, Product Network, Logistics Network, Service Network, and Talent Network" to comprehensively enhance service capabilities, helping customers achieve digital procurement and management, shorten supply chain lead times, ensure genuine products, and reduce procurement costs. Westingarea is committed to becoming the digital supply chain infrastructure for China's manufacturing industry, supporting the high-quality development of China's digital economy.
Westingarea is funded by top investment institutions such as IDG Capital, ADV Capital, and Qicheng Investment. Currently, Westingarea provides digital procurement services to 80% of central enterprises and over 50,000 manufacturing customers, including leading enterprises in various industries such as the six major power generation groups, ten major groups, PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, COFCO, China Resources, CITIC, Huawei, BYD, DJI, Mindray, Apple, and Siemens.

[Welfare System]
Social Insurance: The company provides employees with insurance and housing fund in accordance with legal regulations; in addition to social insurance, the company will arrange group insurance for employees, including accidental injury insurance, critical illness insurance, and supplementary medical insurance.
Annual Physical Examination: The company arranges an annual physical examination for employees who have worked for one year or more.
Annual Travel: The company arranges travel for annual outstanding employees (annual outstanding employee award).

[Compensation and Incentive System]
Position Salary: Paid monthly based on comprehensive evaluation of position value.
Commission Bonus: Applicable to sales system, paid monthly based on KPI completion.
Quarterly Bonus: Applicable to functional system, paid quarterly based on company's quarterly operating performance and individual quarterly assessment grade.
Annual Bonus: Paid annually based on company's annual operating performance and individual performance grade.
Long-term Incentive: The company will regularly grant stock options to outstanding management personnel.
Timely Incentive: The company has established a comprehensive evaluation system with nearly 40 awards on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

2012: Established Jiaxing warehousing center.
2015: Series B financing from IDG Capital; Series C financing from IDG Capital, Oriental Fortune, China-Belgium Fund, etc.
2016: Became the first enterprise in the industry to provide MRO digital procurement services to central enterprise groups.
2017: Series D financing from CICC Jiazi.
2018: Established Raxwell, a high-end industrial brand under Westingarea.
2019: Launched nationwide regional service strategy.
2020: Started seven warehousing centers; Series E financing from IDG Capital, ADV Capital, and Oriental Fortune.
2021: Established Lion Logistics, a logistics brand under Westingarea.
2022: Shareholding reform and renamed to Westingarea Smart Supply Chain (Shanghai) Joint-stock Co., Ltd.
2023: Launched Westingarea Smart Supply Chain Planning System (PMS).
2024: Established core strategic brand Raxwell with a 3,500 square meter showroom in Los Angeles and warehousing centers in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Savannah.
2025: Established global laboratory brand Westingarea with strategic layout.
