岗位职责：
1、制定方案并提升效率：基于公司业务战略，协助制定人力资源规划、组织变革、人才管理相关解决方案并推进落地，帮助提升组织能力与效率。
2、设计和诊断评估：负责组织设计、组织诊断及有效性评估，推动组织架构、岗位设计和人员配置等方面的调整与优化，支撑公司目标在组织和人才管理上的落地。
3、人才盘点和项目实施：负责职位职级体系、任职资格体系、人才盘点、人才培养体系的搭建及相关项目实施。
4、搭建并完善管理体系：负责搭建和完善干部管理体系，定期盘点干部队伍，制定干部培养方案，组织、实施并持续跟进相关培训、轮岗或实战演练项目。
5、承接项目：承接和参与公司相关重点项目（如组织变革、人力资源变革等）。
6、建立管理体系：建立制度化、规范化、科学化的人力资源管理体系。
7、提出调整意见：提出岗位设置调整意见。
8、明确岗位职责：明确部门、岗位职责以及岗位任职资格。
9、制定招聘计划：制定招聘计划，做好招聘前的准备、招聘实施和招聘后的手续完备工作。

任职要求：
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，具备人力资源管理、企业管理及心理学专业知识。
2、工作经验：3年及以上COE从业经验，有COE体系建设经营者优先考虑；具备组织设计、人才盘点及绩效管理经验；具备5-8年以上零售企业人力管理经验。
3、核心能力：系统思考、逻辑分析能力、项目管理能力，善于整合资源，沟通协调。
4、抗压能力：务实，结果导向。
