6.熟悉HuggingFace模型/数据集/Tokenizer与训练脚本定制;具备训练稳定性(梯度裁剪、学习率调度、激活检查点)实践。7.熟悉全量/分层/参数高效微调(LoRA/Adapter/Prefix);指令微调数据清洗与去冲突;评测基准搭建与错误分析闭环。8.熟悉LangChain/Haystack工作流编排,理解工具调用(Tools/Functions)、记忆(短期/长期)、规划与反思，具备多Agent协作与Human-in-the-loop实践经验更佳。9、有良好的编码习惯，能产出高质量代码;10、具备良好的合作态度和团队精神，乐于学习，工作有激情，创新欲望强烈
