3．开源项目经验：能够独立承担开源项目的核心开发任务。熟悉开源项目的社区运营和管理，能够组织和协调社区成员进行开发。
4．技术能力：具备深厚的技术功底，能够解决复杂的技术难题。熟悉云计算、大数据等前沿技术，能够将其应用于项目开发中。熟悉软件工程的理论和实践，能够进行项目的技术规划和设计。
