负责将客户需求转化为内部可执行的产品开发输入，并主导技术风险评估与解决方案制定。
向客户推荐产品的技术方案、优势及应用指南。
2. 产品方案应用与集成支持
根据客户车型的具体工况和平台要求，主导系统设计、热管理方案的匹配选型与适配设计。
协助客户完成集成设计，提供关于机械结构、电气连接、热管理接口及BMS控制策略的专业支持。
编制系统应用手册、技术协议、产品规格书等技术文档。
3. 测试验证与问题闭环
支持客户或协同内部团队，制定电池系统的测试验证方案（DV/PV），参与性能摸底与验收测试。
主导处理客户端或市场端出现的系统相关问题（如性能衰退、热管理异常等），进行根因分析，推动设计改善并跟踪闭环。
对竞品进行对标分析，输出技术洞察以优化自身产品。
4. 售后与培训
为客户的量产及售后环节提供高级技术支持和故障诊断指导。
对客户工程师进行电池系统应用、维护及安全方面的培训。
