岗位简介：
负责浪潮HCM人力一体化平台核心业务二次开发、功能迭代、架构优化与容器化部署。主导平台Python端主体功能开发、性能调优、技术攻坚，配合Java、前端团队完成全业务流程落地，保障人力平台稳定迭代运行。
岗位职责：
1、负责浪潮HCM人力平台Python后端核心模块开发、新功能迭代、旧功能优化重构，独立完成业务功能开发、单元自测、BUG修复；
2、参与项目需求分析、需求拆解、技术方案评审，独立完成模块设计、数据库设计、接口设计，输出完整技术文档、接口文档；
3、熟练基于FastAPI/Django/Flask框架进行后端服务开发与搭建，优化代码结构，降低技术债务，提升系统可维护性；
4、负责达梦、MySQL数据库开发，进行SQL优化、索引优化、慢查询治理，结合Redis缓存优化系统性能与并发能力；
5、负责开发环境搭建、代码管理、系统集成、Docker容器化部署，配合团队完成CI/CD流程迭代上线；
6、排查系统线上问题、性能瓶颈，完成架构优化、服务稳定性优化，保障HCM人力平台长期稳定运行；
7、配合前后端团队联调对接，协同完成项目交付，完成上级交办的各类后端技术工作。
任职要求
1、计算机相关专业，3年及以上Python后端开发经验，可独立承担业务模块开发；掌握Python+Java双栈者优先；
2、熟练掌握FastAPI/Django/Flask任意一种Web框架，具备独立搭建后端服务、开发接口的能力；
3、熟悉达梦、MySQL数据库，精通SQL编写、索引设计、SQL优化，了解Redis缓存使用场景及实操；
4、熟悉Linux操作、Git代码管理、Docker容器化部署，具备CI/CD上线、系统二次开发经验；
5、有人力资源HCM系统、企业级后台平台开发经验者优先，可接受短期北京出差；
6、逻辑清晰、责任心强，沟通协作良好，能适配项目迭代节奏。
