II. Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily teaching of the corresponding subject for senior high, formulating scientific and targeted teaching plans based on the Gaokao syllabus and question-setting trends, completing classroom teaching, detailed explanation of knowledge points, exercise explanation, and other teaching tasks, and creating efficient classrooms.
2. Accurately grasp Gaokao examination points, question-setting patterns, and Gaokao reform trends, deeply study past Gaokao questions, sort out high-frequency examination points and error-prone points, help students build a complete subject knowledge system, and rapidly improve exam-taking abilities.
3. Carefully correct student homework and test papers, promptly analyze student learning situations, formulate personalized tutoring plans for different students' learning weaknesses, and do a good job in after-class Q&A, filling gaps, and cultivating excellence and making up for deficiencies.
