岗位职责
1、研发&项目管理体系优化落地：负责公司项目、研发管理体系的迭代优化与推行，梳理研发及项目全流程，制定、修订体系制度、流程规范及SOP，打通跨部门协作卡点，标准化项目与研发全生命周期管理，提升团队交付效率。
2、多体系与资质运维延续：统筹公司各类合规体系与资质全生命周期管理，负责CMMI、ISO9001/14001/45001、ISO20000、ISO27001、ITAL等资质的年审、换证、延续、变更及扩项工作；对接内外审核，跟进问题整改与资料归档，同步行业合规新标准，保障公司体系、资质持续有效。
3、研发办公系统运维管理：负责公司工时系统、研发配置库、钉盘等核心工具的日常运维、权限配置、流程优化与规范落地，保障系统稳定运行，实现研发配置、项目资料、工时数据规范化、可追溯。
4、项目里程碑评审管控：主导公司重点项目重大里程碑评审，制定评审标准，组织跨部门评审会议，核查项目交付成果、进度及合规风险，跟踪问题整改闭环，严控项目交付质量与风险。
5、体系持续改进与宣贯：定期开展体系稽核与自查，收集流程痛点并输出优化方案；负责体系制度内部宣导培训，推动流程落地执行，解决体系与实际工作脱节问题，持续优化公司研发合规管理体系。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，1-3年互联网、软件行业体系流程、资质合规、项目管理相关工作经验，熟悉互联网研发与项目交付流程；
2、熟练掌握CMMI、ISO三体系、ISO20000、ISO27001相关标准，具备体系年审、外审对接、资质换证延续实操经验，了解ITAL资质运维者优先；
3、熟悉工时系统、研发配置库、钉盘等工具运维，具备独立梳理流程、编制制度及SOP的能力；
4、具备项目里程碑评审实操经验，可独立组织跨部门评审及问题闭环管理；
5、逻辑清晰、文笔扎实，具备良好的跨部门沟通能力，工作严谨负责，有较强的风险把控与落地推动能力，可接受出差；
6、持有ISO、CMMI内审员证书者优先。
