Yunkong Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2017, formerly known as Tus Yunkong (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. Yunkong Zhixing is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development of the national cloud control basic platform for intelligent vehicles and engaged in connected automated driving. It deeply participated in the drafting of the "Strategy for Innovative Development of Intelligent Vehicles" led by the National Development and Reform Commission and jointly issued by 11 ministries and commissions, and in 2018 participated as one of the founding shareholders in the establishment of the National Innovation Center of Intelligent and Connected Vehicles. It is the lead unit of the Cloud Control Basic Platform Working Group of the National Innovation Center of Intelligent and Connected Vehicles and the lead unit of the Basic Data Platform Working Group of the China Intelligent and Connected Vehicles Industry Innovation Alliance. The chief scientist of Yunkong Zhixing is Professor Li Keqiang of the School of Vehicle and Mobility, Tsinghua University. Based on Tsinghua University's 20 years of technological accumulation in the field of intelligent vehicles, and addressing the needs of intelligent vehicles for safety, energy saving, comfort and efficiency, the company applies new-generation information technologies such as mobile Internet, cloud computing and information security, and has taken the lead nationwide in building an intelligent vehicle cloud control basic platform integrating multiple technologies such as multi-mode communication networks, high-precision positioning and high-precision dynamic maps. It has long been committed to promoting cloud control basic platform technology to governments at all levels and the entire industry, and to building the national cloud control basic platform in accordance with the spirit of the "Strategy for Innovative Development of Intelligent Vehicles".
The company's current products include the intelligent vehicle cloud control basic platform, intelligent roadside equipment, connected onboard terminals and various connected automated driving application services. The integrated "vehicle-road-cloud" solution composed of cloud, road, vehicle and applications is already capable of providing core connected technology support for vehicle manufacturers, vehicle parts suppliers, governments and various public institutions, and intelligent driving ecosystem enterprises, including connected vehicle information supervision, vehicle-road-cloud basic data interaction, big data analysis and mining, vehicle application development environment, simulation analysis and testing, and intelligent traffic monitoring and management, continuously promoting the popularization of intelligent vehicles and business model innovation, and accelerating the realization of an innovative ecosystem integrating future intelligent vehicles and transportation.
Since its establishment, Yunkong Zhixing has successively undertaken "vehicle-road-cloud integration" projects of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Office and others. In 2020, Yunkong Zhixing, together with the National Innovation Center and dozens of industry partners, jointly released China's intelligent vehicle cloud control system white paper. The "Key Technologies and Applications of Intelligent and Connected Vehicle Cloud Control System" jointly developed by Yunkong Zhixing and Tsinghua University won the Special Prize of the China Automotive Industry Science and Technology Award. At present, Yunkong Zhixing, as a core system supplier, has built intelligent and connected vehicle demonstration zones in Beijing, Shanghai, Xiong'an, Changsha, Hebei and other places. The demonstration effect of the national cloud control basic platform has emerged, and the comprehensive solutions exported to the entire industry have covered three major scenarios: urban areas, expressways and closed parks. It has also formed substantive cooperation in connected automated driving with industry-influential vehicle manufacturers such as SAIC Motor, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Yutong and Weichai.
