Founded in 1958, the company holds the special qualification for general contracting of housing construction engineering; the first-class qualification for general contracting of mechanical and electrical installation engineering; first-class qualifications for specialized contracting of fire protection facilities, steel structures, lifting equipment installation, and elevator installation engineering; and first-class qualifications for the integration of design and construction of building intelligent engineering, building decoration and renovation engineering, and building curtain wall engineering. The company has a registered capital of 305.8 million yuan, with over 5,000 self-owned employees, nearly 2,000 personnel with various economic and technical titles, 171 with senior titles (including 7 research-level senior engineers), and 422 with intermediate titles. There are 286 national first-class registered construction engineers and 356 national second-class registered construction engineers. In 2011, the company's business turnover reached 18.165 billion yuan, with construction output value of 17.507 billion yuan. Twenty projects have won the Luban Prize for China Construction Engineering (14 as the main contractor and 6 as a participant), 8 projects won the National Excellent Engineering Silver Award, 3 won the Zhan Tianyou Prize, 5 were rated as National User Satisfaction Projects, and 1 was awarded as a Quality Model Project by the Ministry of Construction.
