一、岗位职责
1、基于GB/T 28181标准开发视频监控平台核心服务
2、实现外网摄像头→公网流媒体→内网穿透的全链路视频推流系统
3、集成和扩展ZLMediaKit流媒体服务，开发流媒体网关模块
4、设计并实现SIP信令中继服务（穿透NAT防火墙）
5、优化RTP/PS流处理性能，保障低延迟视频传输
6、编写技术文档，对接硬件设备厂商进行协议联调
二、技术要求（必需）
1、GB28181协议经验：
3年以上GB/T 28181协议开发经验
完整实现过设备注册、心跳保活、实时点播、录像回放等场景
熟悉SIP信令交互（INVITE/BYE/MESSAGE）及SDP协商
2、ZLMediaKit实战经验：
实际项目中使用过ZLMediaKit作为流媒体服务
熟悉其API接口（/index/api接口调用）
有ZLM的hook事件处理、自定义扩展开发经验
3、Java开发能力：
精通Java 8+，SpringBoot框架
熟练使用Netty开发高并发网络服务
掌握RTP/RTCP/PS流解析处理
4、流媒体开发：
掌握RTMP/FLV/HLS/WebSocket等流媒体协议
有FFmpeg集成开发经验（JNI调用）
三、加分项
有海康/大华等硬件设备对接经验
开发过视频网关或级联服务
熟悉SRTP安全传输协议
有WebRTC开发经验
具备Linux网络调优能力
