岗位职责：
1、负责信贷及金融业务报告的自动化生成模块开发，基于Java技术栈实现Word文档的动态生成与格式控制；
2、使用主流Java文档处理技术（如Apache POI、Docx4j、iText等），实现文字、表格、图表、图片、页眉页脚、样式模板等复杂内容的精准嵌入与排版；
3、与AI系统及后端服务对接，将结构化数据与AI生成内容自动渲染为标准化、高保真的Word报告；
4、参与文档模板管理功能的开发，支持多场景、可配置的报告模板加载与动态填充；
5、解决Word文档在不同版本、不同环境下可能出现的格式错乱、兼容性等问题，确保输出质量符合银行规范。
任职要求：
1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Java开发经验；
2、熟练掌握Spring Boot、MyBatis等常用框架，具备良好的代码规范与设计能力；
3、具备实际的文档处理开发经验，熟悉Apache POI或Docx4j，能处理复杂Word文档的样式与结构；
4、熟悉XML/HTML与文档底层结构原理，能精细控制字体、段落、表格嵌套、图表插入等排版细节；
5、有金融行业系统开发经验，或参与过报告、合同、报表等文档生成功能者优先；
6、具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，注重细节，对输出文档的格式质量有较高要求。
