岗位职责：
1. 大健康食品代加工项目对接及技术支持：与客户进行深入沟通，了解其对健康食品代工产品的详细需求，包括功能诉求、配方偏好、建议包装设计等。为客户提供专业的产品建议和解决方案，以满足其特定的市场定位和目标消费群体。
2. 产品设想开发与项目跟进：协同研发团队，依据客户需求开发新的健康食品代工产品，确保产品符合相关法规和质量标准。制定项目时间表，密切跟踪项目进度，及时解决项目推进过程中的问题，保障产品按时交付。
3. 市场调研与竞品分析：关注健康食品市场动态和趋势，收集竞品信息，为产品研发和改进提供有力依据。协助公司制定产品竞争策略，提升产品市场竞争力。
4. 客户商务管理：定期回访客户，了解客户需求和反馈，为产品改进和服务优化提供依据，及时解决客户问题，提高客户满意度和合作度。
5. 工作时间：早九晚六周末双休
任职要求：
1. 形象气质佳，着装讲究，讲究礼貌细节；
2. 统招本科及以上学历，食品科学、营养学、生物工程等相关专业优先。
3. 具有1-3年以上大客户销售工作经验：如曾任食品代工行业、食品原料行业的销售经理或客户经理；有丰富展会销售经历。
4. 了解健康食品相关法规和标准，具备良好的法规合规意识。
5. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、项目管理能力和问题解决能力。
6. 有良好的市场敏感度和创新思维，能够准确把握市场需求。
7. 熟练使用办公软件，具备一定的数据分析能力。
8. 年龄优先25-30岁
薪资福利：
15K-30K无责底薪+提成，底薪具体按能力面谈，能力越高底薪越高
