岗位职责：
一、物料需求控制
1、汇总销售需求，形成主计划。
2、根据销售需求计算物料需求及生产需求；
3、根据主生产计划表，请购需求物料，并跟踪控制物料按需求时间到货；
4、监控销售订单达成率，推动下游按时完成，保证出货；
5、辅料/工具按时，按量备货；
二、生产计划排产
1、根据主计划，排布生产月计划，周计划；
2、跟踪生产计划达成率，协调生产按计划有条不紊生产；
3、定期组织生产开异常协调会；
4、月度计划定稿后，组织并指导生产核算产能及需求资源。
三、委外计划排产
1、负责PCBA委外贴片，焊接的计划排产；
2、负责委外厂商的物料收发存管理，并定期组织供应商盘点；
3、负责委外厂商的异常协调，保证按计划到货；
4、跟踪委外厂商计划达成率，并形成数据。
任职要求：
1、学历要求：高中及以上学历；
2、专业要求：统计学，工商管理专业优先；
3、工作经验要求：2年以上PMC工作经验，有物料分析能力。懂生产制造流程，独立编制过生产计划及主需求计划。
4、知识能力要求：精通统计学原理，熟悉整机设备制造流程、计划管理流程；熟练使用Office；ERP软件。
