江苏省智能网联汽车创新中心（以下简称“省创新中心”）是在江苏省工业和信息化厅指导支持下，由清华大学苏州汽车研究院牵头组织、行业内上下游龙头企业与科研机构共同参与建设的创新型研发机构。创新中心成立于2019年2月，于2020年11月获得江苏省工信厅批复，成为江苏省第9家制造业创新中心。 创新中心聚焦于突破基于新一代AI的自动驾驶系统架构、多源异构信息融合的人-车-环境态势感知、类人驾驶决策与车辆控制、大规模交通数据自动标注等关键共性技术，致力于推出智能网联汽车核心芯片、智能网联汽车测试工具链等通用产品，建设自动驾驶场景库等标准规范，推动智能网联汽车与V2X、云控平台协同应用示范。
