岗位职责：
1、负责项目计划的制定、跟踪和维护，管控项目生命周期；
2、负责项目团队管理，调配实施和开发人员，协调利用项目资源
3、全面管理技术项目的实施，保证项目的进度和质量控制，并确保项目目标的如期完成
4、负责系统对接方案沟通与确认，以及项目上线初期的接口运行情况监控及问题处理
5、合理安排项目工作，跟进实施和开发进度，把控项目成本与风险
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机、信息管理相关专业，3年以上独立项目管理能力
2、实施成功上线10个以上大型项目的经验，对项目管理非常熟悉，有AI项目经验优先
3、有较强的文档编写能力（项目实施计划、实施文档、测试文档、产品操作手册等）
4、会axure等相关产品设计软件，能够独立完成产品的原型设计
5、能够配合销售完成售前并出售前方案
6、具有零售、制造业及供应链相关的乙方项目实施经验者优先
7、有独特项目方法论，能管理、能干活、能搞定客户，并且具有较强的执行力
8、社交型人才，具有良好的沟通理解能力，有活力、能抗压；
