岗位职责
1、独立负责 Wayfair 欧洲站点店铺整体运营，账号日常维护，监控账号各项绩效指标，保障账号安全稳定运行BOSS直...。
2、负责产品 Listing 上架、文案编辑、关键词埋词、图片审核、价格库存维护，持续优化链接竞争力，提升曝光与转化。
3、CO‑OP 广告设置、活动提报（Wayday、黑五等大促），复盘广告数据，优化投放策略，完成销售目标。
4、每日统计销售、广告、退货、ODR 等数据，输出周 / 月报；分析竞品、市场行情，输出产品优化建议，协同产品开发团队挖掘新品机会。
5、对接物流部，跟进海外仓备货，做好库存预测，把控库存周转，规避断货、滞销风险；处理平台 ticket、纠纷、差评，维护店铺评分BOSS直...。
6、跟进平台政策更新，同步内部流程，协同采购、美工、供应链推进项目落地。
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，英语 CET‑4 及以上，读写流利，可独立处理英文后台、邮件与平台文档。
2、1 年及以上 Wayfair 平台实操经验，有户外 / 家具大件类目优先，熟悉 Supplier Center 后台、CO‑OP 广告、平台规则、海外仓履约流程；有精品模式经验优先BOSS直...。
3、对数据敏感，会 Excel 基础数据分析，具备基础复盘能力，能根据数据调整运营策略
