Guangzhou Weiya Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in 2006, and is a Sino-Canadian joint venture headquartered in Guangzhou, with a branch factory in Wuhan. The company employs a total of 472 people, covers an area of 26,800 square meters in its Guangzhou plant, and 5,500 square meters in its Wuhan branch. It holds TS16949 and ISO14000 certifications. The company mainly produces products such as forming, serpentine springs, backrest/headrest bent tubes, torsion bars, suspension springs, seat welded frames, lumbar support mesh, automotive suspension springs, valve springs, and special-shaped springs. Our products are mainly used in series models such as Guangzhou Honda, Wuhan Dongfeng Honda, Peugeot Citroen, Nissan, Shanghai GM, BYD, and Geely. Half of them are directly exported to Japan and Honda UK, covering seat components for most Honda models. Main OEM customers include Shanghai GM, Shenzhen BYD, and Honda Access; seat-type customers include Japan Sohgo, Guangzhou Tachi-S, Guangzhou Faurecia, Guangzhou Marutaka, Jinxian Electric, Wuhan Tachi-S Quanxing, Wuhan Faurecia Quanxing, Wuhan Taiji Johnson, Wuhan Wanxing, and Chongqing Tai; spring-type customers include Guangxi Yuchai, Guangzhou Alpha, Jiangmen Dachangjiang, Zhuzhou Yamaha, Guangdong Fuhua, and Suzhou Delphi. Since its establishment, the company has received technical support from Japan Sohgo Industry Co., Ltd., an expert in the Japanese automotive seat industry, which enables us to possess advanced forming and welding technologies in the industry. In addition, with our internal professional and experienced R&D team, some production lines such as serpentine springs and torsion bars have been improved to achieve efficiency even higher than that in Japan. Most of the processes in the factory use CNC, special machines, or mechanical hands, which successfully improves production efficiency, scale, and grade, far ahead of domestic counterparts. The equipment for bent tubes and torsion bar forming is advanced and mostly imported from Japan, and all welding equipment uses Panasonic robot welding, further ensuring high quality, high precision, and high stability of products, and has won unanimous praise from customers at home and abroad.
