岗位职责
1、依据《药品生产质量管理规范》（GMP）、《细胞治疗产品研究与评价技术指导原则》等法规，搭建干细胞药物质量管理体系，制定质量手册、程序文件、操作规程
2、审核批生产记录、批检验记录，监控干细胞采集、分离、培养、制剂、检验、冷链运输全过程，确保符合注册标准
3、审核验证方案与报告，包括工艺验证、清洁验证、分析方法验证、设备确认、冷链运输验证，确保满足IND申报及临床阶段法规要求
4、主导偏差调查、变更控制、CAPA管理，评估工艺变更、原材料替换、供应商变更等质量风险
5、配合药监局IND现场核查，主导客户审计及内部GMP自检，组织缺陷项整改并提交整改报告
6、行使产品放行审核权，对*终产品进行质量评价，签署放行意见
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，生物制药、药学、生物技术、制药工程等相关专业
2、5年以上制药企业QA经验，有化药、生物制品、细胞治疗领域经验均可
3、有独立搭建GMP质量体系经验，经历过GMP认证或注册现场核查优先
4、熟悉《药品管理法》《药品注册管理办法》《中国药典》GMP附录，了解FDA、EMA细胞治疗法规动态
5、有偏差、变更、CAPA、验证管理实操经验，能独立组织质量事件调查
6、有团队管理经验，能带3-5人QA团队
7、具备跨部门沟通协调能力，能推动生产、研发、注册部门落实质量要求
