青海省新型建材工贸有限责任公司位于大通县桥头镇黎明路88号，企业前身是青海第二水泥厂，始建于1958年，是省内*早的水泥生产企业。近年来，相继投资建设了日产2000吨级特种水泥熟料生产线技术改造工程、余热发电工程、电石渣替代石灰石资源综合利用项目、回转窑筒体辐射热回收利用技改项目、水泥熟料生产线烟气脱硝工程、抗盐卤水泥研发及工业性试验、电石渣管带机输送长廊及储存技改工程、综合无害化处理市政污泥等项目。公司现有职工近400人，生产的“金牦牛”系列水泥已广泛用于各类重要工程及玉树灾后重建工程。
