菏泽怡宁精神医院是菏泽经济开发区招商引资项目，由浙江温州康宁医院（全国精神专科建设重点单位、全国精神医师规范化培训基地）股份有限公司（国内首家精神专科在香港H股的上市公司）、山东怡宁医院管理有限公司、菏泽怡宁医院有限公司共同出资兴建，医院地址位于长江东路6116号，占地面积55亩。一期工程投资1亿元建成总面积约1万平方米的门诊楼、病房楼，设置床位300张，计划于2018年5月1日正式开业；二期工程投资3亿元，建成3万平方米的综合精神大楼，设置床位1000张。
