工作职责:
金融数据体系建设:
主导平台数据源的选型与接入，负责从交易所、专业数据供应商等多种渠道采集多资产类别的高/低频行情及基本面数据。
设计并构建符合量化研究标准的数据模型和存储结构，处理复杂的金融数据逻辑，如历史合约的连续化、分红配股的精确复权、时区与交易日历的对齐等。
数据质量与治理 (核心):
建立企业级的数据质量管理（DQM）框架，定义和量化数据质量的关键指标。
开发自动化的数据校验与稽核系统，对数据采集、清洗、入库的每个环节进行交叉验证和异常检测。
负责数据问题的根源分析、追踪和修复，并建立可持续的数据维护流程，确保数据资产的长期健康。
数据管道与服务:
构建稳定、可扩展的ETL/ELT数据管道（使用Airflow/Dagster等工具），自动化日常的数据处理流程。
开发高性能、版本化的数据服务API，为回测引擎提供稳定、高效的数据供给。

任职要求:
经验: 3年以上数据工程经验。
领域知识:
至少了解一种金融资产（股票、期货、期权）的数据特性和处理难点。对ETL足够熟悉。
技术栈:
精通Python及数据科学库（Pandas, Polars, NumPy, Arrow）。
熟悉数据仓库/数据湖架构，有大规模数据处理经验。
精通SQL，熟悉PostgreSQL。
特质: 对数据有极致的洁癖和责任心；具备优秀的逻辑分析和问题解决能力。
