四川省蜀吾牛公司成立于2011年12月，主营江志忠牛肉等特色食品。公司前身为洪雅老字号江志忠牛肉，以其过硬的品质深受消费者喜爱，产品通过口碑相传，行销全国各地。公司严格按照国家SC标准流程进行生产，保障食品安全和产品品质。公司厂房位于洪雅县止戈工业园区，占地5600多平方米，现有在职员工80余人，目前主要生产产品为牛肉干、牛肉丝、以及卤制品。生产包括江志忠自有品牌及数十个代加工品牌，年产牛肉干产成品1850吨。公司现已启动ISO9000,ISO22000，HACCP认证工作。 2013年，我公司牛肉系列产品获得眉山市名优产品荣誉称号、2015年荣获“洪雅老字号"荣誉称号。江志忠牛肉制作工艺2018年获得县级非物质文化遗产称号。2019年11月，江志忠“江氏牛肉传统制作技艺"被评为眉山市级非物质文化遗产。2019年荣获“舌尖上的眉山"中国菜.眉山十大休闲零食称号。
