任职要求：
1、具有扎实的JAVA编程基础，理解IO、多线程等基础框架，对JVM的原理有一定的了解。
2、熟练使用主流开源应用框架，如Spring、Spring MVC、Spring Boot、MyBatis。
3、精通基于Spring boot、Spring Cloud的微服务架构。
4、熟练使用mysql、Redis、oracle等，并熟悉sql优化、索引、分库分表等技术。
5、对基于Hadoop的大数据体系有深入认识，有hive、Elasticsearch等方面的经验。
6、对分布式数据库有一定的了解如GreenPlum、Tbase等。
7、熟悉Unix/Linux操作系统和开发环境，至少熟悉一门脚本语言。
8、深入了解netty、zookeeper、rabitmq/RocketMQ、kafka、docker者优先。
9、掌握前端Vue.js、bootstrap等主流开发框架者优先。
10、对docker容器、k8s理论有一定了解，有实际的容器操作经验者优先。
11、对Nginx 要有深入的了解和实际的使用经验。
12、熟悉Maven、Git使用。
13、有激情，喜欢钻研技术，关注细节、善于累积和总结。
14、可以接受出差。
