江西蓝恒达化工成立于2005年，位于江西省宜春市樟树市，是江西省重点氯碱企业。2007年烧碱一期投产，2013年形成17万吨烧碱规模。2024年法院批准重整，东阳光集团（位列中国民营企业500强）为新投资人；2025年重整计划执行完毕，正式由广东东阳光科技控股股份有限公司收购。公司占地1200余亩，总资产5亿元，员工300余人。主要产品包括17万吨/年离子膜烧碱、11万吨/年液氯等，拥有盐卤采矿权和双回路供电，2018年实现全卤制碱，具备成本优势。通过ISO 9001和ISO 14001认证，产品畅销多省，曾获多项荣誉。东阳光集团重整后，计划投资49亿元，用5-8年打造“盐—氯碱—氟精细化工”全产业链，全部建成后预计年产值100亿元、利税约8亿元，目标是进入国内化工新材料*梯队。
