岗位职责：
一、框架搭建：
根据项目需求及架构方案，搭建系统框架
二、功能开发：
1、承接需求，编写开发规格说明文档，完成数据库底层设计
2、编写开发计划，并根据开发进度与任务分配，完成相应模块的开发
3、功能转测前，完成开发自测
四、上线支撑：
1、提供系统上线实施期间的技术支持
2、对于上线实施期间提出的问题，快速响应并及时解决
五、版本迭代：
1、参与迭代方案的沟通，保证技术角度的可实施性及拓展性
2、参与迭代排期，保证迭代功能的准时上线
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业
2、5年以上Java开发经验
3、精通Java开发语言，熟悉Java常用框架，熟悉Java JS Python等主流语言、数据库设计编程技术
4、较强的沟通协调能力、表达能力，具有较强的分析、推理和判断力
