岗位职责：
1. 负责公司自研产品设计与开发，包括且不限于：ERP，CRM，OMS等；
2. 负责电商多平台系统集成，设计高可用订单同步架构；
3. 负责电商数据中台核心模块，实现千万级交易数据的实时处理与风控策略；
4. 参与项目技术选型与核心框架研发；
5. 参与基于Spring boot/ dubbo的分布式服务治理方案；

任职要求：
1、计算机本科学历
2、5年以上Java开发经验，精通Spring Boot/MyBatis-Plus/Spring Cloud生态，有电商平台完整生命周期开发经验。
3、掌握分布式系统设计，Redis集群、RocketMQ/Kafka、Elasticsearch Seata分布式事务、Sentinel熔断降级
4、熟练云原生技术栈（Docker/K8s/Service Mesh），有阿里云/AWS实战经验加分。
5、深度理解电商业务模型、商品SPU/SKU设计、优惠券组合策略、订单状态机设计
6、主导或参与过2-3个电商平台核心模块架构设计（商品中心/订单交易/支付清结算/营销体系）。

单休, 工作时间是9:00-17:30，午休1.5小时，加班可调休。
