I. Introduction
Changsha Xianglu Villa is located at No. 388 Yuelu Avenue, Changsha, near the seat of the Changsha Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and is affiliated with the Changsha Reception Service Center. It is a government reception villa-style hotel built to five-star standards. The villa covers an area of over 100,000 square meters and has 8 villas (including guest rooms, restaurants, and banquet halls), as well as supporting service facilities such as an international conference hall, business center, swimming pool, tennis court, and gym. Since its official opening in March 2003, the villa has successfully received former Premier Zhu Rongji, former Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission General Zhang Zhen, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress Li Tieying, Vice Chairpersons of the National People's Congress He Luli, Gu Xiulian, and other leaders and distinguished guests from home and abroad at all levels, and has received unanimous praise and commendation from leaders at all levels! Banquet Receptionist Male/Female Good appearance, work experience preferred; Monthly salary: 2,800-3,500 RMB/month
Government Receptionist Female Height above 165cm, excellent image and temperament, strong communication skills, Party member or reception work experience preferred. Monthly salary: 4,000-5,000 RMB/month
Once employed for the above positions, benefits are excellent: six days off per month (excluding national statutory holidays), full board and lodging (buffet three meals a day, night shift subsidy and night shift allowance for middle and night shifts), dormitory for 6 people with private bathroom, 24-hour hot and cold water, central air conditioning, TV, wireless.
