贵州黔醉酒业（集团）有限公司位于贵州茅台镇，其前身是创立于1911年的赵氏酒坊，距今已有110年历史。2012年6月，赵氏酒坊第五代传承人赵仕杰正式申请注册“贵州省仁怀市黔醉酒业有限公司”，2018年改制为贵州黔醉酒业（集团）有限公司，全面进入集团化运营。公司占地面积300余亩，酿酒窖池380个，年酿酒产能超过3000吨，存贮陈年酱香白酒6万余吨，拥有8条生产包装线，日灌装生产量可达48万瓶以上。“黔醉酱酒”全部采用茅台镇本地红缨子高粱，端午制曲、重阳下沙，遵循古法采用手工操作，经历9次蒸煮、8次发酵、7次取酒。整个工艺历经35道工序、165个环节，从生产、贮存到出厂，历经五年以上。具有“酱香浓郁、酒体醇和、口感醇厚、回味悠长、空杯留香持久”的酒体特点。
