江苏全程电新能源有限公司，是全路程换电物流车项目的技术及运维支撑，该基地主要从事换电车的研发、锂离子电池pack、换电机构、换电柜、高压盒等生产制造。位于江苏徐州工业园区龙泰先进制造产业园，基地占地6.6亩，厂房面积近10000平方，今年总产能10000块标准化电池、3000个换电机构、500个换电柜，总产值达3.5亿元。在未来两年内可支撑数万台换电物流车的电池生产及运维。
