岗位职责：
1、负责制作场景、UI特效以及屏幕特效等工作；
2、配合主美、策划做游戏特效和前期的特效概念设计;
3、协助原画/UI/动作等岗位产出特效内容;
4、对项目制作流程、设计方法进行总结优化，不断积累提升工作方法.

岗位要求：
1、2年以上2/3D特效制作经验优先；
2、有良好的美术功底和审美能力，参与过完整的研发项目；
3、熟练使用Unity3D、AE、PS、3DMAX、Maya、Blender、ASE或Shader Graph等特效相关插件和软件；
4、熟悉各类美术风格，有较强的理解力，对游戏内容和画面有敏锐观察力和独到见解；
5、熟悉unity各种渲染管线，能够在不同的渲染管线下处理达到理想的效果；
