3. 负责公司EHS管理体系的建立、维护与持续优化，确保符合行业法规及国际标准。
4. 参与新产品导入阶段的物料质量风险评估，协同研发、采购团队制定关键物料的质量标准与检验规范。
5. 主导生产现场的安全风险评估与隐患排查，制定并监督执行安全防护措施。
6. 管理危化品、特种设备及废弃物处理流程，确保环保合规与职业健康安全。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，材料科学、环境工程电子工程或质量管理相关专业，具备传感器/陶瓷芯片/汽车零部件行业背景优先。
2. 掌握IATF16949/ISO9001等质量管理体系标准，熟悉物料的特性与检验方法。
3. 具备EHS和SQE工作经验，具备较强的风险识别能力与问题解决能力，能独立处理突发安全事件。
4. 熟练使用QC七大手法、SPC、MSA等质量工具，具备较强的数据分析与问题解决能力。
