It is a member enterprise of China Baoan Group (Shenzhen Stock Code: 000009), which created multiple "New China Firsts", and a gold-medal property management company. It was among the first batch of Grade-One Qualified Property Management Enterprises evaluated by the Ministry of Construction and currently serves as a standing council member of the China Property Management Association and a standing council member of the Shenzhen Property Management Association.
