Shanghai Jiashu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. originated from Zhejiang and has grown in Shanghai. It is a private general contracting first-class enterprise for construction with qualifications in building, decoration, municipal works, and overseas operations. Since its founding in July 2001, Shanghai Jiashu has not pursued scale, has not been tempted, and has not feared loneliness. It unswervingly pursues quality, with a unique growth model and distinctive corporate culture. Since 2007, the company has been ranked among the top 30 comprehensive strength construction enterprises in Shanghai every year, and was awarded the title of National Outstanding Construction Enterprise in 2010 and 2012, and in 2014 ranked among China's top 80 contractors.
Shanghai Jiashu adheres to "absolute original subcontracting" and continuously deepens direct management. Jiashu people concentrate on building residences and are fully devoted to construction, having successively won honors including the Luban Prize, Zhan Tianyou Gold Award, National Civilized Site, National Quality Project, and more than 50 provincial (municipal) quality projects such as "White Magnolia" and "Yangtze Cup", and created over 200 provincial (municipal) civilized sites, green sites, and quality structural projects. Jiashu people practice green construction, build millimeter-level residences, innovate with full participation, and build smart sites. They have registered more than ten utility patents, and their advanced construction methods have won the national first prize. The company fully implements a comprehensive management system for quality, environment, occupational health and safety, extensively carries out QC activities, effectively rectifies common quality problems, actively applies industrialization technology, and ensures long-term management effectiveness, normal process, harmonious environment, and good quality in all construction projects. It has held observation activities at district level and above 17 times, including three provincial (municipal) level observation sites, and is emerging as a "quality benchmark in East China."

In 2011, it won the Vanke Regional Benchmark six consecutive times; in 2013, it became one of Vanke Group's 35 A-level suppliers; and in 2014, it won the Vanke Group Observation Site. Projects contracted by Jiashu have won championships every year in Forte Group and are in the leading position, and have created observation sites and won gold and silver awards in CIFI Group. The company diligently integrates and cultivates supplier resources, ensuring orderly production and efficient performance of various engineering projects, with an annual construction capacity of over 5 million square meters.
Shanghai Jiashu gathers labor resources and devotes itself to cultivating industrial workers. Jiashu actively explores new paths for labor operation, establishing a labor base integrating training, dispatch, and management. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiasheng Labor, currently has 16 professional teams for various trades and more than a hundred professional work groups.
