本项目借鉴TFT高硼无碱玻璃基板的窑炉和通道设计专利技术，综合应用了光电显示用高均匀超净面玻璃基板关键技术与设备开发及产业化”和“高强超薄浮法铝硅酸盐屏幕保护玻璃规模化生产成套技术与应用开发”等获得过国家科学进步奖一等奖和二等奖的专利技术，采用全进口精准自动配料系统，纯氧燃烧窑炉及TFT专用铂金通道技术，提升中硼玻璃的抗热震性、化学稳定性和韧性。本项目达产后年销售额约11亿元。
