学院从办学伊始，始终坚持专家治校、名师执教。开设有戏剧影视表演、播音与主持艺术、影视编导与制作、音乐、流行声乐、器乐与音乐制作、舞蹈、文化产业管理、艺术设计等专业，组建了三个专业艺术委员会。分别是戏剧影视艺术委员会、音乐（流行音乐）艺术委员会、舞蹈艺术委员会。戏剧影视艺术委员会由梁伯龙教授挂帅，梁伯龙教授原中央戏剧学院表演系主任，原中央戏剧学院影视艺术学院副院长。
